From my collection, this reissue of this single by The Heard: it contains as a-side, the song You're Gonna Miss Me. The b-side is Exit 9. The a-side is a cover originally released by the 13th Floor Elevators. The single was reissued in 2008, for the Garage Greats series, but the original single was released in 1967.

Of course , some cover versions of "Miss Me" are better than others. Some people like The Sir Douglas Quintet's version from The 80'sbetter than The Elevators. I won't go that far , but , I saw them a few times , later , and they did a ten minute Psychedelic freakout version with Doug doing some wild "Eight Miles High" type Guitar solos.
