I bought this 7" Ep by Bacchus Archives: Percy And The Gaolbirds, a 60's garage band from Germany. Is a compilation EP released in 1998. It contains four songs from the two Columbia singles released in 1966: Who Can Help Me/I Will Do/How To Catch A Girl/Liber Franz. This EP sounds like bands from the beat era and the MODS culture.
