Ralph Scala from The Blues Magoos and James Lowe from The Electric Prunes agreed with me that both bands were similar in that they got to experiment with discordant sounds more on their sophomore efforts. Of all the reformed Garage bands, The Prunes were WAY up there as a live act , and their new recorded output was outstanding.
