    John Battles Sam The Sham was supposed to perform at an Oldies show I attended (With The Rivieras , Mark Lindsay and ? and The Mysterians) , but , he cancelled. HE STILL PERFORMS Sporadically , but he still seems torn between Secular music and Gospel - themed material .
