Last Friday, Acid Fascists played a one-off set at the Edinburgh Cramps tribute night, Lux Lives 2013.
It was a noisy, drunken night of rock 'n' roll and of the bands blew the roof off while the audience rattled their hips to the Cramps beats!
Videos will be appearing soon.
Meanwhile, Geek Maggot Bingo have been in the studio recording some tunes... and it's all sounding good so far! Updates as and when things take shape.

THE BONNEVILLES + THE LIBERTY TAKERS + GEEK MAGGOT BINGO + HOMESICK ALDO
THE BONNEVILLES are coming back to Edinburgh as part of their UK & Irish tour to promote their latest album, Folk Art And
The Death Of Electric Jesus (on 20 Stone Blatt Records).
"...grief lurks over their second album like a leaden spectre. McGibbon’s whiskey-soaked voice is a powerful tool, driving home the likes of on of Reverbio with a steely fortitude and scaling it back for the tender shimmer of Separate Ways. Occasionally recalling the shady stalk of contemporary artists such as Dan Sartain..."
4/5 The Irish Times
"... stunning of the wall twisted punk blues - makes the Black Keys seem like a bunch of pussys..."
4/5 Mojo Magazine
"A neat collection of primal electrified noise featuring lyrics that hark way back to the god-fearing era of Robert Johnson, Son House et al."
8/10 Vive Le Rock
"Imagine a two-headed fuzz delta garage punk fusion that comes on like an incestuous relationship between The Black Keys and The Jon Spencer Blues channeled via Rory Gallagher, Howlin' Wolf and Willie Dixon."
8/10 More Than Music
Supported on the night by...
THE LIBERTY TAKERS
"Looking good with a punky edge, The Liberty Takers played a riveting set. An amazingly tight performance, only their second gig and hopefully the first of many, many more in Edinburgh."
GEEK MAGGOT BINGO
"A hard core banging rock and roll band, an amazing set and a crowd refusing to leave without an encore."
"Geek Maggot Bingo... the eviler twins of the Acid Fascists."
The Bonnevilles
HOMESICK ALDO
"Homesick Aldo is the dogs bollocks."
Traffic Cone Records
"Aldo channelled the sounds of Sonny Terry and Duster Bennett – with a bit of Sonny Boy Williamson thrown in for good measure – with frightening alacrity. In short, he’s good. Go see for yourself."
