I am as guilty as everyone else here for thinking "well I'll check in once in a while 'cos nowt much seems to happen" - 'cos people like me i.e. you lot aren't doing anything!! We all want a vibrant chatty exchange of views and gig updates/have you heard this band? kinda thing but are too busy poke-ing people on fuckbook or whatever to tell the people who matter here. As "garage punk" affecianados, for whatever that means, then we should really be looking to establish the Northern Soul mentality I reckon and share news of shin digs and gigs and - for fooks sake - NETWORK??
How about we have a What's on kinda thang where bands can cross book and share support slots /floors to kip on etc - There's plenty goin on in that london but also there are pockets around the country where London bands could expand their "gigbase" and vice-versa.
