Bus 106 stops right outside the pub and buses 393, 253 & 254 all stop nearby. Closest rail is Clapton station & Stoke Newington rail and Rectory Road rail are about a 10 min walk. Night buses N253, N38 & N55 all are nearby as well.
The Royal Sov is in a residential area so please keep the noise down out front and please don't bring your own cans of beer. It is a lovely old pub with pub priced drinks, and both the pub and Garageland depend on your patronage at the bar. If you are really skint, drink at home or before you get to the pub! Many thanks :)
THE DOGTOWN REBELS
The Dogtown Rebels started out as the recording project of CHRIS LLOYD and ROB BAYLIS with help from IAN STAPLETON on bass.
After numerous requests we've finally put together a live line up of the band featuring members or ex members of some great Punk bands from down the years including the UK Subs, Zero Tolerance, Red Flag 77, Noise Agents and Dangers Close
The sound takes its influences from Old school punk on both sides of the Atlantic and hopefully gives it a modern twist. The bands debut gig will be playing the Punk by the Sea festival on Saturday16th June 2012
More hooks than a Spanish fishing fleet and more converse all stars than you can shake a stick at.
