I`m not "mentally retarderd", but my voice is similar to a retarderd. A muscle in my neck wasn`t working, it was operated at the age of three, I wouldn`t have talked at all otherwise. My English is almost perfect, I guess Norwegians have to guess most of what I`m saying, you don`t have too.
