I found this 45 rpm by Seeds And Sky Saxon containing two songs: "Bad Part Of Town" and "Darling, I Swear That It's True". This single was reissued by the Eva label in 1985. The record is a special edition. The song "Bad Part Of Town" is taken from a 1969 single. The song "Darling, I Swear That It's True" is taken from a 1962 single recorded by the singer of the garage rock band The Seeds Sky Saxon with the name "Ritchie Marsh". I found this record in a flea market.
