    PROTOKIDS - GEOMETRIC BOY
This is the official debut 45 of Paris own rising stars of powerpop (after the initial 'Kings Of The Hill' Single on on beloved PUSHMYBUTTON). The PROTOKIDS sound like edgy, working class teenage UK powerpop (PROTEX, KIDDA BAND, TRAINSPOTTERS, WHITE HEAT) add bouncy, jangly guitar nutso pop of the late 70 US (think HEATS, As, REAL KIDS) and with their charming BIJOUS-esque french accent - they take any punk heart by storm. This is right the stuff so many are hunting down - fanclub powerpearls compilations from the heydays. Get on your jeans jacket, these moped racers are on stages any of departement in the fifth republic and Europe in the summer to play the right sound at the right time. The 7" has four (!!) so-catchy-it-hurts songs for your pre-weekend jerk-off party - each two songs recorded by Benjamin Daurent of YUSSUS JERUSALEM in the basement and infamous LO' SPIDER.

    TYRED EYES - GHOST
New crusade of the Goteborg vikings! You get four a-sides songs evoking the demons again you thought to release after that braineating ruff & fast album "the piercing stare, the thousand lies". Imagine if ROKY ERICKSON wrote songs back in 70s for SOUNDTRACK OF YOUR LIVES and they got found by four abandoned kids locked up in a mental home. TYRED EYES do heartbreakin' garage pop right next to bipolar rock with razor sharp guitars and their distinctive dueling girl/boy vocals. Is this punk or did Johanna & the three boys just catched rabies? Go check it out at their tour! It's THE band to watch. Who else can handle the continental ice age out there right now? We proudly welcome the german garage punk kids of ZENTRALHEIZUNG OF DEATH on ALIEN SNATCH! Flying wiener dogs deliver three songs - "Busy Ghost" is a dark standout dance floor stomper with pop appeal and the B-Side has two fuzzy assaults in "Summer Guts" and "Chatroulette". ZHOD started few years ago as a manic pussy galore instrumental astroman band and then added vocals to wreak havoc. So here is the dartboard: art damaged protoplasmic noise rock, madmen indie with teenage-twisted psych and blown-out grunge nods and the outer ring is garagey recklessness - the game can start! You just feel the kids go ape on the slippery mall floor anytime and want to join them in their next practice. now gimme me a highway toilet gimme a hockey arena gimme me a tokyo subway! Revive the vibe of the CLONE DEFECTS. In the meantime they shared stages with TY SEGALL early this year and will open for THEE OH SEES this summer.

    MAY, MIRI - YOU'RE MY ANGEL/FIVE O'CLOCK WORLD
Produced by Jacco Gardner. The A side, You're My Angel, is a killer garage-psych tune, a cover of Los Monjes' Tu Eres Mi Angel, which gets a fascinating new dimension under Miri's arrangements and performing, as well as and Jacco's brilliant work. Miri sings like a dark angel, driven by the hypnotic organ, fuzzy guitar, swinging bass, space sounds and psychedelic chorus from the great beyond. If this song made you descend to hell, the B side will rise you to heaven. Five O'Clock World is a cover of The Vogues (also recorded by Noel Deschamps and Julian Cope). Once again, the tandem Miri-Jacco arranges a brilliant re-interpretation, this time with a tasteful catchy feeling, doing a shinning pop masterpiece. This single is a timeless gem, a "must be" in your record collection. Get it while you can!

    YOUNG SINCLAIRS - ENGINEER MAN/PROBLEMS
Engineer Man b/w Problems, is the fourth 45rpm single by Virginia based folk-rockers The Young Sinclairs. The single, a double-sided jangle fest, features great vocal harmonies, fantastic song-writing skills and pure power-pop leanings in the vein of The Who and Powder. Limited to 300 copies.

SONIC LOVE AFFAIR - DIRTY KIDS
Previously and still known as Sonic Love Affair, they decided to shorten their name to SLA, basically because the acronym fits better with the names of influential bands s.a. Q65, SRC and MC5. BACK IN STOCK - 2013.23

    LLOYD, ADRIAN - LORNA/GOT A LITTLE WOMAN
LIMITED EDITION RECORD STORE DAY RELEASE! Insanely Rare Garage Madness! Bursting out of hi-fi speakers like a deranged Yardbird, Adrian Lloyds "Lorna" rode a booming Bo Diddley beat through 2:23 of unhinged musical madness. Capturing some of the wildest screams ever recorded, Lloyd also played a pounding drum solo to drive home the songs tribal tattoo. The flip side, 'Got a Little Woman', slows the tempo to a menacing minor key surf beat without lowering the intensity at all. Released on L.A. independent Charger Records in 1965, in between singles by considerably more mainstream artists Barbara Mason and Dobie Gray, it stood out like a juvenile delinquent at choir practice. Way too wild for Top 40 AM radio, the single went nowhere and Charger elected not to release a follow-up. The lure of 'Lorna' didn't end there, however. Through the ensuing decades, word of the single spread throughout the garage rock community where it was hailed as a mutant masterpiece of the genre. Lloyd, already a surf music legend thanks to his earlier work with the Rumblers and Adrian and the Sunsets, now added a proto-punk jewel to his crown. The original Charger 45 became a holy grail for collectors, with far too few copies circulating to meet the demand. Into this breach steps Sundazed, bringing back this rare 7" for a limited Record Store Day release. Sourced from the original Charger analog tape reels, you'll be wowed by its magnificent mono majesty. But grab it quick-with only a limited number of copies available, "Lorna" will soon be long gone! TRACK LISTING: 'Lorna' b/w 'Got A Little Woman'.

    ANTORCHAS, LAS - LAS ANTORCHAS
Las Antorchas were formed in Mexico DF in 1965, and they only released a 4 track EP in 1966. But they recorded enough material for a full album, in 1966-1968, which never was released, until now. We have here some great great psychedelic garage stuff, with some killer psych guitar and organ, all sung in Spanish, and also some nice beat tracks. Many originals like the fuzzed-out 'Dime' but also a few covers like a nearly unrecognizable 'Substitute'... With insert.

BAD JOKE THAT ENDED WELL - THE BAD JOKE THAT ENDED WELL
Here it is! The first release from Stolen Body Records. The Bad Joke That Ended Well's self titled second album. A fierce psychedelic and garage rock album with dips into blues. Album comes with a FREE download. (It will be emailed to you after the purchase) "Stolen Body Records know what the fuck is up. Heavy drug addled blues, booze soaked rock'n'roll perversion. These dudes are keeping the English tradition of the fuzz drenched face melt alive. Do yourself a favor and buy that shit!". - Al Lover. "Prepare for the unexpected genius that is The Bad Joke That Ended Well". "Moving away from their country inspired last release, they've fully evolved, to become not only heavier, but adding a psychedelic flavour reminiscent of The Doors".

BERRY, PETER -& THE SHAKE SET- - BERRY-GO-ROUND
The band consciously try to steer clear of what characterises their own generations approach to 60s music; the unpolished and rough, the early beginning of punk rock and the like. This is a tribute to some of the artists who perhaps never achieved pioneer status, but still released brilliant records in the pre-BEATLES world: SHANE FENTON & THE FENTONES, HEINZ, PETER JAY & THE JAYWALKERS, MIKE BERRY & THE OUTLAWS, BOBBY ANGELO & THE TUXEDOS and many others.

DEMONICS - RITUAL ON THE BEACH (REGULAR ED.)
220 gm Vinyl, heavy cardboard sleeve, insert, poster. STUNNING ARTWORK by DIRTY DONNY. 3rd Full length album is dripping with tremendously catchy melodies, upbeat dragpunk riffs and references to the Californian lifestyle. It's an evil Jan & Dean beach party gone wrong with guest appearances by WHOLLY SMOKES of the DWARVES and underground legend NIKKI CORVETTE. The perfect soundtrack to anyone's summer.

HOLLYWOOD - HITS! AN ALL TIME LOW
This thing packs some of the raunchiest dirty-ass garage punk to come down the pike in while! We're talking some real inspired sonic muck here, folks. Combining the tracks from their first 2 singles, plus a bunch of new songs, this no-fi slimefest represents their last recordings as a guitar-guitar-drums trio (that's right, no bass!) before adding a couple of new members. Each LP comes with a unique access code for downloading to your MP3 player!

MIXTURES - STOMPIN' AT THE RAINBOW
Limited edition of 1000 on 180 gram vinyl! Bonus download certificate with extra tracks for 'The Complete Mixtures'. The vinyl is an exact reproduction of the rare 1962 live Linda Records 'Stompin' At The Rainbow'. Recorded live at the Rainbow Gardens by a young Wally Heider. The band is introduced by "The Newlywed Game's" host Bob Eubanks. A 60s style case wrapped cover. Overview: It all happened at the Rainbow Gardens in Pomona, California, 1960, as the Mixtures, mighty kings of the West Coast's Eastside dance hall scene, rocked and ruled the house. As the movement for integration that began in Mississippi and Alabama was taking shape nationwide, it was not only the South that was segregated. In the Southern California of the Fifties, non-white races were more allied, though it was rare you'd find them mixed in a band. As the dawn broke on rock'n'roll, The Mixtures, a six man party band' was at different times comprised of African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, Caucasians and a Native American, made history. Stepping onstage to the tune of a warm up, the band would move through instrumental superjams like 'Turkey Time' and 'One Degree North', and crowd-pleasing pop hits like 'So Fine' and 'Peter Gunn' till the house and all its inhabitants dripped in a cold sweat. By the time they got to Ike and Tina's 'It's Gonna Work Out Fine', into which they'd injected their own brand of soul-styled horns and guitar at all the right stops, they'd have the roof tore off. The slow dances snuck up, like the sly rendering of the standard, 'St. James Infirmary' and the tear-soaked 'That's All I Ask' (you can hear the ladies in the house squealing their approval). Back to the jams, 'Poochum' put a spotlight on keyboard man Mendoza and the classic Eastside sound while the borrowed tune 'Tiki' was the well-known theme to the island lounge craze that was sweeping the Southern California suburbs like a tropical hurricane, all designed for a non-stop dance floor workout. The band created 'The Rainbow Stomp', as they loved to hear the foot stomping: Stomp, stomp, stomp. Recommended if you like: Los Lobos, Cannibal & The Headhunters, The Premiers, Don & Dewey, The Kingsmen, The Sonics, The Wailers, Oldies But Goodies.

MOJOMATICS - A SWEET MAMA GONNA HOODOO ME
180g Vinyl. The MOJOMATICS aren't just a new band in town--they're a shelter from the storm. A kind of time machine that brings the BEATLES pop taste and moves it to the Mississippi Delta's dusty paths. Great garage songwriting rooted in the blues, their tunes are contagious, full of walking blues and faraway lovers. You could figure them as a crossroads between RAY DAVIS and WOODIE GUTHRIE, or SEAN BONIWELL and LEADBELLY. The blues is your love, babe, and you can't pretend to be so far from hell...

SORROWS (UK) - TAKE A HEART
Fabulous British 60's garage beat album.

VARIOUS - GOD IN THE GARAGE
This amazing compilation of 1960's and very early '70s Christian garage music features all the tracks of the semi-legendary CLICK KIDS' (CLICK stands for 'Christ Living in Christian Kids') 1970 album 'The Click Kids Are Coming'. The Click Kids were a quartet from Bradwood, Oregon who were extremely popular with the x-ian youth in and around their home state. Other 'fellow believers' however thought they were "the work of the devil". Not only because the band didn't mind playing their songs of worship to topless and free love makin' crowds, or because of their outrageous psychedelic hippie van with the words 'Jesus Is A Soul Man' painted on it... Maybe The Click Kids weren't the greatest musicians in the world, but the 10 songs on their album have a serious edge and a very unique, enjoyable vibe. You get their sole album with the addition of both sides of one of the most demented Peruvian garage punk singles of the 1960s', DELAI ALAMOS' raving 'El Grito Del Los King', plus a Panamanian 'Go-Go Mass'! Incredible stuff! With extensive liner notes by Mike Andrews of KNIGHTS OF THE NEW CRUSADE. Limited pressing!
