Hi there!
Those stores joanca told you are my faves too.
But i'd like to add B-core records. B-core is a seminal HC label from the city and now they finally have a store in Montmany, 25, in the district of Gracia.
And next to Daily Records is Kebra Discs. Since 1984 delivering all kind of good music.
Right, check Wah-Wah's picture in the mag, a lot of stuff in a small space...
If you need anything else on BCN just drop a line. I'll do my best : )
Cheers!
That's perfect joanca, cheers. Visiting for work and hoping to get a little spare time to browse! I've heard of Wah-Wah, they were mentioned in Shindig magazine this month.
These are my faves: (you'll easily find their location with Google). Are you looking for something concrete?
Discos Juandó
Daily Records
Revolver
Wah-Wah
(jazz): Jazz Messengers
Which are the best record shops to visit in Barcelona when I go there in a couple of weeks?
Hey, I'm running a small record store in Germany and I'm always looking for new labels/distros in Europe, who have some more punk/garage/hc stuff for wholesale beside their label releases.
If you run/know a label/distro with a nice wholesale list, please get in touch!
Looks like y'all had fun!
Good work 'Dead Boy' was a hugely enjoyable show. A documentary of the festival will be available in june sometime and will post a link up here when it's finished. You can catch the Sorrows in Birmingham at this event in June http://www.newuntouchables.com/home/?portfolio=midlands-mod-weekender

Thanks a lot for reply, Zorch Productions!
But i can't get your e-mail or something to give you a personal letter... Do you have any? : )
The Mayhem starts this Friday! Check out the events section on the main Hideout page for details!!

hi,
Not sure about all of them, you should plan your record hunt prior to the walks you gotta make to reach the shops.
Prefer the ones which stick together and have a substation not too far away , otherwise you spend too much time walking around.
Peter
Thanks Peter.

Unfortunately, it's a bit too south for us. We try to cut on the travel costs. Maybe next tour, we'll go down there.
If you plan on coming a bit more southwards, I am in Karlsruhe and I think I could help putting you in contact with 2 clubs here - and, perhaps, one in Mannheim.
Hey there !
We're still looking for a show on Friday May 25 on our way to Magdeburg. Hannover, Bielefeld, Osnabruck or even Berlin would fit. Any help will be appreciated ! Possibility to organize shows in Belgium in return.
Contact us on piratoketchup [at] hotmail [dot] com or right here !
My band would love to play London but some bad experiences in the past has put us off trying to get a gig there. We put on gigs in Bristol. Bands from all over the world have played the Fratcave and Frathouse gigs in Bristol. These gigs usually dont break even but whats more important is that the bands get paid, get some food and beer, and have somewhere to sleep. We are hoping to release some vinyl this year which should raise the Hi Class Joes profile. Then hopefully we will be asked to come and play London. We would hope that whoever puts us on can at least do for us what we do for bands that play for us. We cant afford hotels and need the petrol. Your idea of a Community is an admirable one.
Hey MR A,
the night sounds cool and would be cool to gig together. You can download my music for free on the facebook link. The Fighting Cox is one of the first places I ever played!!
and yes, you have restored my faith a bit. I know there are good people like yourself putting on nights it's just hard to find them - so happy I posted this.
