One of my favorite songs on "Brain Drain" was the rather atypical "Let The Punishment Fit The Crime" , cowritten by The artist formerly known as Adny.

No connection at all to 80's metal. Their name is from a Mott the Hoople song. They started by getting together once a week to listen to their 70's vinyl (Alex Harvey, T Rex, the NY glam/punk scene, ie The Dolls, The Heartbreakers, The Voidoids, etc.). I don't really see where you got Faster Pussycat, but I guess we all hear things the way we hear them.

Oh you are SO right about that Giuda LP, total 70's glam throwback done really well. Was available on Deadbeat and worth picking up for all the people in this discussion.
