Video Unavailable. Boo. STATTO is great, I love the atmosphere. Every time I have played at STATTO (or just been to see a band) almost everyone in the club goes to the izakaya by the station afterwards until 4am when the trains start running again.

I love them, they only have one EP so far, you should track it down. I've filmed them quite a bit, I should post up some other videos some time.

I have a hard time getting upset about people I don't know passing away, but this one is a real downer. There will never be another band like the Cramps, instantly recognizable, they owned any song they covered. Condolences to Ivy.

i loved the cramps, saw them play three times they were the greatest.
i bought a guitar because of the cramps,and learned how to play like that, never bothered to learn anything else, no need really.

Aleix Martinez, the Cramps' publicist, tells me it's true. "Lux passed away this morning due to an existing heart condition at Glendale Memorial Hospital in Glendale, California at 4:30 AM PST today. The family requests that you respect their privacy during this difficult time. "
