Yeah man, I checked out that Poets sesh a while back, sounded rockin'! Should be a great show!
Rob Bailey said:Sounded fantastic in rehearsals with the old ac 30's and vintage drum kit, three original members drummer, Bass player and Don Fardon of course. Take a listen to the Poets as well on BBC radio Scotland session includes George and Fraser from the original line-up plus the Thanes, Best Rob

Rob , That's good to know. I saw The Creation three times in the states , and they KILLED. Eddie is the Guitar God to slay all Guitar Gods.....And , he's a super nice guy.

Hi John, Cheers for the heads up. As for the Creation they still play the odd show and Eddie is still a great performer. No immediate plans but you never know...

I was at that show ( In Berwyn , Illinois , that is , not Chicago , but no big thing.) Rob left the link to. If you're expecting them to SOUND great , you'll get your wish , but , only occasional flurries of batshit craziness. Their current drummer , Bob Reed (The Bassist) 's Son , does the BEST bird call since Steve Wahrer's untimely death , but , I'm told only original members are generally allowed to sing "Surfin' Bird", tho' he did all the other "Bird" songs last time I saw them. AFTER MANY YEARS , The Rock'n'Roll Make a Wish
Foundation finally came thru for Deke Dickerson , but it was at his own festival.

Think it might depend on how much drugs and alcohol the Trashmen have taken :)

SWEET CRAPPIN' CRAP !!! I'm still bummin' from the Pretty Things /Arthur Brown U.S. tour getting cancelled. I saw Brown in 1986 , he was phenomenal. Helluva good lineup.
Anyone know if The Creation are still playing out? Now that "Makin' Time" is in a commercial , the thought occurred to me that Eddie might have another go at it....
Hi Simon, See ya there mister!
