      howdy - weeeeeeee're trying to get a feel for what SMALLER festivals there are on the west coast this spring and summer. here are the ones i've heard so far:

      TOTAL FEST (Missoula, MT)

      ISLANDER MUSIC FESTIVAL (Spokane, WA)

      WEST SEATTLE SUMMERFEST (Seattle, WA)

      CAPITOL HILL BLOCK PARTY (Seattle, WA)
