Born in Luanda, Angola, he was brought up by a tribe of Congolese Vodou Shaman after he was found living within a Lions den, although he had many animal like characteristics they were able to humanize him and teach him to speak Kikongo. it is believed he may have fell from a Jeep his family was traveling on while on a hunting expedition. The Shaman saw him as the rebirth of Bondyè (vodou god). As he became a young Shaman he transplanted to Haiti to learn Creole and teach Sèvis Lwa ("Service to the Lwa") to the local tribesman. Soon after he again moved to America to New Orleans, LA. Where he learned English by working in Vodou shops teaching and performing rituals for the locals. Looking forward to achieving "The American Dream" Travis moved to San Diego where he now studies Casual Game Development at UCSD.
