Looked into the Bordello and it's a no-go...

I agree, I also like Mr. T's, but I can't deal with the owner anymore. He raises the price of booze and beer at MY shows only, he refuses to get a second bartender, and the security is out of control there... if he would work with me I'd do it there again in a split second, but he's stubborn.Too bad T's didn't work out, I love it there. How about the Bordello?

Yes, plans are already happenin' over at REAL BOSS HOSS for the 2009 BLOW OUT held on President's Day weekend... which this weekend will coindcide with Valentine's Day! What a better way to spend a night of romance than with a bunch of rockin' garage and surf bands, DJs, and sweaty people!! Maybe we'll have a kissing booth this year...
The thing is that we are looking for a new home as I think I have exhausted my patience over at Mr. T's Bowl... the owner and security guards are just too much for me and I can't do it again and put the good people who go to the shows to deal with them again... I wish I could take Arlo (soundman) with me though!!
Any leads are greatly appreciated... We got some good stuff in the works!! We prefer to keep it in the Los Angeles area.
PM me here or email me at realbosshoss@yahoo.com
THANKS!

Thee Crucials wanna hit the road in Dec, ultimately ending up in St. Louis on Sat, Dec 13. We were hoping to start somewhere in TN, maybe Knoxville or Chattanooga and work our way to MO, but we're having a hard time getting a response from clubs. You guys or gals know of some places we could play, maybe starting Dec 10 or 11? At this point, we wouldn't mind hitting Alabama and going north or west from there.
Thanks!

I guess I am really late on the draw here too (but I have been pretty busy too). There is Satisfaction in the University District (down the street from my studio) and Bop Street Records in Ballard also Jive Time in Fremont and Golden Oldies in Wallingford too.
Pickins is pretty slim these days. Lots of cool places have closed over the years. Still if you look around you can find a few in any town if you ask around.
Lemme know if you are gonna be back up this way.
Hey Kopper, wish I knew you were up this way.
Did you find any of the good record stores?
The add is old but I am coming back to the states by the end of september so, yeah, I am still available. Drop me a msg to thenackers@gmail.com Joslyn said:
