Recently I've gotten some good results.
Schlitz 6 pack of tallboys for $3.69 (only 3.8 cents per ounce!)
Pinkus Alt half liter - $1.75
Affligem Dubbel Abbey Ale - $3.99 for a fifth
Anyone else want to brag about a score?

Cool things, love it!
Thanks for the post, Shane! These are great.
House of the Dead remains one of a bare handful of movies that I've walked out of the theatre during.
There's one called Birdemic that I saw at a small art theatre that was almost unbearable; only the presence of my best friend(who'd dragged me to it) and a lot of beer made it watchable.
After reading the linked review (below), I think that Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch needs to be mentioned here. Hoo-boy.

Nah, you're completely right. I used to like Fight Club and American Beauty, but not really anymore...I kind of lump them into the same category as Donnie Darko or some shit like that. I mean, they don't have that much in common, but they're both mediocre-bad movies that attract the same hype and crowd. As for Juno, never liked that horrible movie. Not sure if this has been said, but I always hated Garden State. Such a boring movie.

I know I'll get flamed to hell for this but....Fightclub. I'm sorry but I really just don't get what all the big hoopla is about this film. To me it was a 20 minute short film stretched out to two hours. The part where the guy beats himself up in his boss's office is an absolute joke. Another super popular film that I don't care for is American Beauty. If a guy can't stand his boring middle class existence then why wait until you're in your 40s and then start rebelling from it all by jogging and listening to the Who? That's really a sick and pathetic attempt. If you're gonna have a second childhood you're gonna have to try a little harder. Oh, and come to think of it Juno didn't do anything for me either. Square upper middle class people should stop trying to be as hip and cool as slumming hipsters. Sorry, it doesn't work. Another movie about an aging guy who wants to relive or improve upon his childhood. He had some good taste at least with The Wizard Of Gore but I don't think a guy who likes Herschell would be in that situation in the first place. Maybe I'm wrong. Also, Juno is the biggest attempt at trying to be cool by name dropping I've ever seen in my life. And what 16 year old knows who Mario Bava is? Come on.
Titanic, it´s so bad and awful. Hate it.
@Sheryl I love the Aviation; ever try the version where you split the Yvette with Maraschino liquer? Same proportions otherwise, and it's heaven.
Arrogant Bastard Ale. I am worthy.
I'm sippin' on some Dos Equis Amber tonight!
I've been drinking fancy schmancy Aviators! DELICIOUS and historicaly old school. Creme De Yvette lilac liquour with high end gin, a little lemon juice and I'm shot straight to boozeland! MMmmmmmm!
Lately, Iv'e been on a Dewers and soda kick but last night it was Fullers London Porter. Niccccce!
Ha, yeah, that sorta misses the point of the book. Plus, what movies have "a punk attitude" is totally subjective and would ultimately make for a *really* long book... esp. since it could be argued that most indie films have a "punk attitude."

Funny story - have a friend that was upset that OVER THE EDGE didn't make it, she insists that they had the punk attitude and that counts. Ha!
Not inexpensive(but certainly not expensive), I love Laphroiag Cask Strength 10 year; one of my favorite whiskeys of all time(and way smoother than you'd think an overproof would be).
For Irish, I've been in love with John L. Sullivan since the first time I tried it.
High Life(Champagne of Beers, baby!), Yuengling, Reading Lager, Dogfishhead Imperial Brown Ale, Harpoon Munich Dark Lager, Kona Pipeline Porter...I could go on. In no particular order, really.
Oh, and Young's Double Chocolate Stout.
I did indeed do the sound and music and it was actually shot on 16mm, but I processed it at a place that specialized in 8mm because they are cheaper and more friendly than the other places in Los Angeles that process 16mm.

Hey !!! Was it a subliminal image or was it really the one and only Lucy "Apocalipstick" Lux ?
(Well I know it was since I've read the credits but it was such a great surprise !)
I LOVE it !!!

The commentary sounds like the spaced out version of Dead Poet's Society......farout :):)
I was hoping to rent the DVD from Netflix so I did a search there but all I could find was this:

Somehow I don't think that's the same flick. Haha!
The A-100 van is still my favorite!
