1. Coaching For Sara....These People....from their recent self titled CD and they will be at the Eastside on Sunday Oct 23rd.
2. Long Day Journey....God Is Alive And Well and Living In A Sugar Cube....from the about to be released Grows Their Own CD. Hamilton psychedelic band and this is at least their 3rd release.
3. Muck And The Mires....I'm Your Man...from a recent split 7" with The Fadeaways on Dirty Water Records.
4. Embrooks....Helen....from a recent 7" on State Records and out of the UK.
5. The Johnnies....Your Girl....brand new download from this Toronto combo via the far North.
6. The Mobbs....Taste The Truth...from their brand new release, Piffle on Dirty Water Records.
7. The Cramps....Get Off The Road...from the 1986 Kizmiaz 12" and goes out to Herschel Gordon Lewis who passed away recently. A version of this song was used in his She Devils On Wheels movie.
8. King Mud....Keep It Out Of Sight....from the CD compilation Just What The Dr Ordered that came with the recent Viva Le Rock magazine.
9. Red Arms....Hindsight...from their recent 7" on Yeah Right Records and from London Ontario.
10. Ancient Shapes....Public Hymns....from their brand new 12" and from Toronto. Daniel Romano and his powerpop record.
11. The Undertones....Crisis Of Mine...from their third LP, Positive Touch from 1981.
12. The Ramones....I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend....from their very first LP from 1976 which has just be re-issued in various formats...ie mono, stereo, probably even a version that brings the brothers back to life as everyone cashes in .
13. The Britemores....Beg Borrow and Steal.....from their recent self titled CD.
14. Pagliaro....Loving You Ain't Easy....from his (one of many) self titled record from 1971 and Pagliaro made a very rare appearance in Toronto last thursday eve. One of his very few in English speaking Canada.
15. Mightabins....Beach Party....from their recent Beach Party CD and from Toronto.
16. The Wave.....Walk....demo from a Kapuskasing Ontario combo that features the son of Brodie Lodge, a former Londoner who was in The Catch amongst other combos.
17. Archie and The Bunkers....Sunglasses After Dark....from their recent Mystery Lover release on Dirty Water Records. 2 teenage brothers from Cleveland that are rocking the musical world.
18. UIC....Anything At All...from the brand new Wiseman Sessions LP that just came out on Yeah Right Records. Available locally at fine record stores or direct...insert features a coupla pics from the What Wave Archives, but you gotta buy the record to see the pics. Limited to 500 copies!
19. MC5....Sister Anne.....from the High Times LP and a huge influence on UIC.
20. Brian McMahon....NYDNY....from his 17 Volts CD from 1996 and he was in original punkers Electric Eels way back in the mid 70's.
21. Joe Clay....Ducktail....from an RCA Victor compilation of early rockabilly. RIP to Joe Clay.
22. Bloodshot Bill....The Wobble....from his latest LP on Norton Records, Guitar Boy. BB was influenced by Joe Clay and even does a song by him....
23. Joe Clay....16 Chicks....from the above RCA compilation LP.
24. The Ramonas....Run Run Run.....from their Out Of The Basement LP from 1990 and probably the first combo to use this name.

Next week we're doing a live to air with man about town, Frank Ridsdale. He was in the highly influential Uranus that released a few 7" records and an LP and were the first new wave/punk combo to play the Cedar Lounge back in 1978....
