Kimberley → swt: We are a pretty political out here :0) It's nice to be able to see the politicians up close and personal. The last presidential caucus had record turnouts. We luck out in that area being the first to caucus as they all spend a lot of time here.

Any other party affiliation is not invited. So either you declare a party or ... moreI live in Cedar Rapids and went to my districts caucus place. Dem's on one side Republicans on the other. The downside is that only registered Dem's and Republican's can caucus. Any other party affiliation is not invited. So either you declare a party or hope for the best. Within our individual area's we just split off by candidate and then narrowed it down to who our candidate would be based on majority rule. It took a few hours to nail down who the candidate would be. It was a pretty interesting process and we were smashed in like sardines! less

I'm a fan of music in general. I love live music - anything from small gigs at a local club on up to huge festivals.

Favorite Music
Mostly a rocker - not a hip hopper. I can get into classical music, alternative, new age, punk, rock, metal - depends on my mood. I'm not a huge fan of pop, rap, or country - give or take a few tunes/groups.

I love being in the outdoors. I love photography. I love animals and spend a great deal of my time helping homeless animals find new homes.
