Bio
The Kits are a 60's-inspired garage rock'n'roll/ power-pop band formed in Australia but now based in London, UK, where they have a strong following. They're currently working on their second album, having just released their latest single, 'Salvation', which was produced by Chris Bailey of The Saints. Debut album, 'Primitive Tales' came out in 2008 on Dirty Water Records, winning the band critical acclaim and fans the world over. The band have toured constantly through UK, Europe, USA and Australia with bands such as The Dirtbombs, Band of Skulls, The Saints, Wolfmother, The Night Marchers and The Jim Jones Revue. The Kits are dirtbags, real Colonial bastards, and you'd be wise to keep well clear of them. Their songs reek of suspicion and betrayal, full of mournful tales of deceit and loss, addiction and rejection. You have been warned.
