It’s on the Dominion Record label and came out in the early 70’s. Dunno if the Perth County green is a reference to a herb, or these kids are really naïve as the drummer is only 11 years old! Perth County is north east of London, and the town they are from, Gads Hill is just north of Stratford Ontario.

Just finished reading the updated version of From The Velvets To The Voidoids, The Birth Of American Punk Rock by Clinton Heylin and Richard Hell plays a pretty big part in the beginnings of the NYC punk scene. The book is a great read if you’re into the early and pre-punk scene and will surely introduce you to some music you’re overlooked.
