Perth County is north east of London, and the town they are from, Gads Hill is just north of Stratford Ontario.

4. King Khan and the Shrines….The Street Where I Live…from the Mr Supernatural CD from 2004. It was around this time KK played Call The Office to about 12 people….and then there were about 12 people in the band as well!
5. Kumonga…Marmalade….from their self titled debut CD from 2012 and from the Toronto/Oshawa area. Singer/keyboards Danny Walters was in The Brown Hornets that used to play London a fair bit.

For those that don’t know, Mack was the leader of 3 O’Clock Train, a mid 80’s Montreal based country/punk/garage combo who had the hit Train Of Dreams. Just finished reading the updated version of From The Velvets To The Voidoids, The Birth Of American Punk Rock by Clinton Heylin and Richard Hell plays a pretty big part in the beginnings of the NYC punk scene. The book is a great read if you’re into the early and pre-punk scene and will surely introduce you to some music you’re overlooked.
