To be honest it doen't work.
It's ok to put some songs there because anyone can donlowad copyright free. But in my experiece you need to get in touch directly with podcaseter if you like to let them play your music.
Podcasters can download your songs safer and easier from PSMN but they won't go and search from them.

I'll either burn them to cd or use my ol' ipod mini. Recently though I've been just using my ipod, because I use a lot of cds doing it the other way. I would probably prefer cd's but my car unit doesn't play burned cds. Piece of shitE. If I had the option I would prefer the burned cd/ipod mini combo for listening to one of the best podcasts around this bitch.

I just blast them off my computer at full volume - it's a great way to stumble through the house while doing the cleaning.
I also download them and play them on my portable mp3 player - less burnt pieces of plastic around!

It'd be great if we post here record covers we've designed, I see a lot of great records that would be awesome with a good sleeve, also it feels good when you hold the LP on your hands with your art on it. So, show me what you got

Just picked up a stellar 1968 Domino Californian off eBay. Man it's a hot guitar. It's a Japanese Vox Phantom wanna be.. check it out. It's in pretty good shape, although it needs a bit of TLC. the jack / pots have been swapped out, but the owner sent the originals if I wanna try to rewire it. Sweet case too.

Anyone else have this guitar? Ever played one?

Chris Townson, former drummer with Johns Children and the only person to replace Keith Moon on tour with The Who, during Keiths lifetime, died on Sunday (10th Feb) aged 60.

You've probably missed a bullet there! I saw The Pretty Things in London in 2004 (at Modstock) and it ranks amongst the worst gigs I ever attended. They were bloody awful.

I was looking forward to the upcoming Pretty Things show here in Portland, but I found out today that the show (here and in Seattle) were canceled. Does this mean the whole US tour was canceled or is the PNW getting shafted again?

I got this bulletin today off Paul Roland on MySpace - ----------- Dear Friends I am happy to say that the new album ‘Nevermore’ is now finished and has been delivered to my German label Syborg for release in May. Those who have been involved in the production tell me that it is, in their opinion, the best album I have recorded to date with a very strong selection of songs in a variety of styles from seafaring folk to psych pop and more whimsical fantasy this time inspired by Jules Verne as well Poe. I am particularly proud of the three song suite ‘The Last Voyage of the Nautillus’ with its ‘Wyndham Hill’-style opener concerning Captain Nemo and the instrumental passage which develops from that which I created in collaboration with Nico Steckelberg who also added the finishing touches or as we call it, ‘the icing on the cake’. There are no formal string arrangements which characterised many of my albums in the past, but there are intricate and atmospheric embellishments to the more acoustic based tracks such as ‘Eight Little Whores’ (a street ballad about the victims of Jack The Ripper), ‘Abramelin’ (about a magician’s apprentice) and the quirky ‘Tell-Tale Heart’ (with its Addams Family cartoon approach to Poe). There is only one outright rock track (‘The Great Deceiver’) and one pure psych pop item (the opener ‘Edgar Allen Poe’) plus one traditional folk ballad (‘Sam Hall’ about a hanging at Tyburn which I couldn’t resist). So it is a real diverse mixture, especially when you add in a tongue in cheek tribute to ‘Leatherface’, the killer from ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ movie and the aforementioned excursion into the world of the cinematic soundtrack for the Nautillus suite, but that’s what you get with Roland. Mines a 64 Rocket, the heavy strings are a bit much, especially on the neck pickup, 10's are just right, nice clean crunch through a fender twin, although 11's sound OK but a bit more distortion though. I guess it depends what sound you want...

Yea I got to say i I don't think i'll use any 11's on my harmony either.
