As a teen in the 80s I skated and listened to punk. As an adult I work for a living, but spend my free time trying to do artistic, creative things. Painting, playing guitar, etc. When I was just a youngster, my Dad would stay up all night getting high and listening to the radio. I would hear these odd songs in my sleep. As an adult, I discovered the Nuggets compilation, and that unlocked all these fuzzy subconscious memories of Crimson and Clover, The Zombies.

Rockabilly, Reverend Horton Heat, Cramps, Meteors, Jazz Butcher, Flat Duo Jets. Japanese stuff, Yura Yura Teikoku, Melt Banana, stuff I can’t spell or pronounce.
