Just finished doing some posters promoting Mal Thursday's new radio show in Texas... fingers crossed he gets the gig, and when I get the go ahead, I'll post the artwork.

If they want to be overly competitive , there's plenty of sports to play. We all know what it's like to be part of something that's bigger than us (Which  is true.) , and , on the other hand , what it's like to feel like we're the only ones who care about this stuff (Which is'nt true at all.).

Greg Gutbezahl One of the tightest knit scenes is the garage-punk-psych-rock-freakbeat-two-tone-proto punk-post punk-psychobilly scene. Everyone is all in it together, whatever "it" is.... love your posts BTW.

Apparently Scott Morgan is seriously ill. Played the Stooges and The Sonics Rendezvous Band all day in memoriam when I saw Iggy's notice about Scott. But play the Stooges pretty everyday anyway. Just not all day.

  • John Battles Dallas Punk gods , The Nervebreakers , have a new album out on Steady Freddie Records. The Nervebreakers ruled the roost in the Late 70's/Early 80s , and they opened for The Sex Pistols , The Ramones and The Clash. They also backed Roky Erickson. They reformed in 2008 and recorded this album which is just now seeing the light of day. Trust me , it sounds like '77-'78 all over again. All fans of ''Killed By Death" style Punk are advised to buy the album , which is called "Face Up To Reality".
  • Chris Henniker Are you in south London? Are you in a band? Do you have a story to tell? If the answer to all three questions is "yes" then read on. I'm writing an ebook on the south London music scene and I'm asking whether you have a story about your adventures? If so, please call me: (07702) 009745 Email: Chris.henniker@icloud.com Or private message me on Garage Punk Hideout.
