There are some great bands in Adelaide at the moment - check out The Systemaddicts on Bandcamp (especially their latest release Broken Hearted on the Nullarbor) as an example.

I'll ask my GF if she's familiar with you. She likes Garage and Surf. Of course , being on the ocean , there were a lot of crazy - hot Surf .Instro bands in Oz , back in teh day . Alec Palao and ACE Records put out an amazing comp I just heard....
