Waugh , who recorded "You Better Believe It" b/w a savage take on Eddie Cochran's call to arms , "C'mon , Everybody" in 1969 , released in '70 on United Artists. An album , apparently , was planned but , this was Waugh's one shot at immortality , and immortal it is. Probably the only Garage/Rockabilly single released in '70.
