Ok, I really don't know if this is actually part of Budget Rock 9 as its a month earlier than normal, scratch that until someone in the know pipes up.

Start with http://www.citypaper.com/clubs/browse.asp?TypeID=0202 Lot of good clubs in Baltimore and the music scene is actually pretty happening. 8x10 is very cool. The Recher theatre in Towson is pretty big (saw Rev Horton Heat, SCOTS and Los Straitjackets there).
