Amen to that'un. I used to listen to it to see if there were any "Fucking" noises on it...
The little know Nitzinger track (From '76 ?) "Are You With Me" is a good party song. Too Hard Rock for some , but oddball 70's Hard Rock is coming back.
Billy Brown - Did We Have a Party Wanda Jackson - Man We Had a Party (One of a couple of sequels to the hit.) ???- bOOZE pARTY (3 aCES AND a Joker?) Pre - snoresville Los Lobos "We're Gonna Rock" ( TONIGHTWE'REGONNAPARTYYOUCANBETCHATILDAWN !)
"Pawty" section (Not saying I like 'em) -
KISS - I wanna Rock'n'Roll aw Ni - i - ight , un pawty evuh ree day (A misheard lyric in itself - a lot of people think it's "A part of everything" , which is a little too spiritual for the Greedmonsters.)
Triumph - (EVERYBODY PAWTY !) 24 Hours a Day.
Blue Cheer , and , later , Hollywood Stars - Make it to the Party (So , come on ! MAKE IT TO THE PAWTY !).... (Yes , I like THIS one.)
Buddy Knox , Joe "King" Carrasco - Party Doll - which sounds like an early mannequin / rubber whoopie doll lust song , like "Glendora" , and , later , "Billion Dollar Babies".
The Brood - PARTY CRASHIN'......
hARVEY sID fISHER - pARTY hARD (kind of disturbing.)
Go - Nuts for getting your Snack on. (If you guys have Krispy Kreme , I'm jealous.).
Scotsmen , Untamed Youth - Beer Bust Blues
Nitecaps - Wine Wine Wine (WHAT'S THE WORD? HAVE YOU HEARD ? IT'S THUNDERBIRD !!!"
Gibson Bros - Nekkid Party.
Gentleman John Battles - Hard Stuff (It's new , I'll have to make you a copy - "Thunderbird , Ripple and Night Train ! I got Manischewitz on my brain ! Mad Dog 20/20 and Boone's Farm , a taste of IRISH rOSE WON'T DO YOU NO HARM , HARD STUFF ! YEAH , YEAH , YEAH , HARD STIFF !!).
oN A SOMBER NOTE , WE USED TO HAVE A TOTAL OF one GREAT SUBWAY PERFORMER IN cHICAGO...His name is , or was , The Big Doo Wopper . He made up all these insane Blues , NOLA , Soul and Gospel numbers , and sometimes did covers like , I think "A LITTLE bIT OF sOUL " BY tHE mUSIC eXPLOSION....hE JUST PLAYED ELECTRIC KEYBOARD AND SANG , but , his voice was very raspy , and he had no microphone. He was or is blind , and he had no valet , either , so , sometimes when he had a real gig , he'd get lost trying to get there , on his own , orthe church ladies who sometimes assisted him would make him wrap it up before he was finished.....He once played with Daniel Johnston , who froze in place after a half dozen songs. The Big Doo Wopper could have salvaged the show , but , his church lady ride showed up , and made him stop after about as many songs. Patrons paid $ 30 for the priveledge. But , he returned to the same venue , subbing for the recently deceased Wesley Willis , and tore it UP ! His wherabouts , or if he's even living, are a mystery.
Anyway , he had a great song "I'm goin' up the corner...get me some Richard's Wild Irish Rose ....Cause when I get into the Richard's.....IT MAKES THE BIG DOO WOPPER FEEL HIS NATURAL - BORN CHEERIOS !!!!! Where we goin' ? We're going to Long John Silver's ! No we ain't ! We're going to Z- Frank Chevrolet !".....Beats Hell out of "My Girl" and all the Sam Cooke covers all the non - singers do in the train stations , now !

The Devil Dogs "Saturday Night Fever" LP has that party background noise going on... "Big Fuckin' Party!"
I know I've heard many others over the years, too, but that's the only one coming to my mind at the moment.
