I lost my entire record collection & am starting a new one from scratch. Is there a good one stop shop kind of a place (other than Norton) that anybody can recommend?

UntitledI know Get hip has an awesome catalogue & are in pittsburgh. I've met the owner a few times at Cynics shows & he is a real cool guy. Thanks for the heads up. I have picked up lots of their stuff over the years, but never really checked out their website.Hell, Bobby, you live in Pittsburgh... Get Hip should be able to courier their stuff to ya!

UntitledVery sorry to hear about your loss. Sounds like you're handling it well. I don't do a lot of mail order , but , these are all good suggestions. You might ask if Amoeba (Frisco/Berkely / LA) does mail order.

UntitledAlison's suggestions are spot on! Dead Beat Mailorder has some great stuff, too. And don't forget Get Hip, Dionysus, and, of course, Bomp!

UntitledYeah, I lost a 25 year collection. Big bummer, but at least I can Build one with no fluff in it... & it is super fun record shopping. I want to focus more on 7"s this time.
Thanks for the tipsI love goner & Floridas Dying. I just looked at Mindcure for a minute & WOW!
I love my local shops, but sometimes you just want that one weird thing that nobody stocks.
Cheers to ya.
