UntitledBasic chords are the staples of music. Nothing wrong with that. I've been playing for 20 plus years and admire simplicity most of the time.
I'm a little older, don't drink anymore, have no style and don't look too cool so it's always hard for me to meet new people =) I don't get out much so I was figuring there must be some underground music scene around here somewhere. I do see bands setting up near the yoga studio on Greenleaf from time to time but never stop in fear the kids might think i'm a narc :)

UntitledI think today maybe the last farmers market of the summer season. The 67-40 is pretty ok, and the Phoenix. Good beers to be had at the Phoenix! Its a Belgium beer drinkers delight. Also Rock and roll bands sometimes play on Friday nights. The Bamboo lounge sometimes has a Rock N' roll nights too. Prob. meet some nice people there. I only play basic cords :( . What do you play?

UntitledMy favorite rocknroll clothing store and tattoo shop is in Whittier! Just Deadly! I'm there all the time...you should check it out because a lot of musicians hang out there and you'll find some new friends! X
