Seattle’s funhouse was a great venue and sadly closed down this past October.  I know a lot of bands on the GP hideout have played thee when they toured through the Northwest.  Check out the trailer and pitch in to the Kickstarter campaign if you can.  They’re about halfway there and there’s just 14 days left.

THAT'S OFF THE HOOK. YET , ORGANIZED .   We had a place like that , in Chicago , called Burkhardt's Underground....on nowhere NEAR such a grand scale , but , they had bands , readings , etc. in an "Anything Goes " atmosphere. Local Photographer and Painter, Fred Burkhardt , who looks like Moses or "Shazam" , opened his house and studio up on Sundays , and served coffee and tea. Sadly , Burkhardt has been diagnosed with Cancer and is only expected to live another month.  I would'nt be suprised if that was'nt the case, as he's so stubborn .....but well - liked.
