      Coffee Milkshakes by the Pitcher!

      In a blender combine:

      - 8 oz Espresso (cold)

      - 8 oz Rum (light or amber)

      - Fill blender with Vanilla Ice Cream

      - Blend Away!

      -maybe whipped cream with a dash of your fave liqueur on top(?)

      -Share With your Favourite Person!  (if your date isn't looking like this....something else is wrong!)

      ... or substitute  8 oz Espresso & 8 oz Rum with 1 pint of beer (any flavor).  I prefer a bock but have not tried a lambic (too dry?).  It's delicious, you'll love it!
