Hey guys I thought this would be fun, I noticed no one made  post about their favorite ORIGINAL  45 they own and the one they want the most so heres mine.

The Jury - Who Dat? on Port records

Also The Warner Brothers - Lonely I on dunwich(WLP)

I'd sell anything I own for a copy of

The Rogues - Train Kept Rollin' on Audition

The Plagues - I've Been Through It Before on FENTON

It's really a hard one to nail down but here's the one's that jump to mind immediately:

Ugly Ducklings - "Nothin".  It's a very weird press on Arc records out of Toronto who I believe were the parent company of Yorkville (the press you normally see).  Also, the b-side is their other big hit "Gaslight".  Nobody I ask seems to know anything about it.  I paid 4 bucks for it about 12 years ago.

Trashmen - "Surfin' Bird".  It's not that crazy or rare, but it's an Aussie press I bought for less than a buck at a bookstore when I was down under.  I also got Oz presses of Blue Cheer - "Summertime Blues" and Troggs - "I Can't Control Myself" and Jumpin' Gene Simmons - "Haunted House" for the same price at the same place.  All killer records if not super rare.

Shadows of Knight - "Shake" pic sleeve.  Found at the bottom of a box full of real shitty 80s jukebox 45s.

49th Parallel - "She Says" I just really dig the B-side "Citizen Freak".

Ahah ! Call me lucky Preacher, boy !

...Or pity me for wasting most of my life searching, watching and digging for great BUT cheap records !

And yes : The Invictas rule !!!

That's awesome that you got that one for so cheap! I just got The Invictas I'm Alright/Stuff I can't put it down, it pretty much stays on my player or close by.

The one (almost) fitting the Garage category I'm thinking of right now is :

      "The Hump" by The Invictas

I'd been lucky enough to pick this one for less than 5 $ and this KILLER is a long time favorite of mine !!!

The ones I wouldn't even dream of would be right now :

"Can't tame me" by The Benders

      "Lorna" by Adrian Lloyd

"Bad little woman" by The Wheel-a-Ways

      and a few thousands more...

Not garage as such but I got an ep by the Searchers. Its got' Farmer John' on it which is a cracking track! I also got 'Meet the Dakotas' ep with The Cruel Sea which is a brilliant insrtumental.

I'm after 'Mogambo' by Sounds Incorporated.

Ditto The Plagues!! Boy, wotta top cut!! Would happily sacrifice a vital organ for a SET of Miramar Dovers singles!! Fave 45 I own may well be my German pic sleeve issue of 'Wars Or Hands Of Time'/'Undecided' by The Masters Apprentices, or the multitude of 'You're Gonna Miss Me' [Elevators] variants including German art sleeve, Canadian and US Contact. Most expensive [and therefore most treasured] so far is 'Someone To Love'/'Free Advice' by The Great!! Society on Autumn subsidiary, North Beach. However, this could all change tomorrow...!
