I picked up my 2004 GTO a few years back hoping to snag enough money to modify it.

I had a few cars with turbo's in the past. an audi 5000s turbo, and an Eagle Talon Tsi - both cars were total hunks of shit. the 4g63 engine was great. but maintenance requirements were just as expensive as shipping it off and replacing it with a crate engine.

The GTO has served me PROUD. i don't care if it's a ugly body style. as far as turning heads
are concerned. I don't want to. Cops seem to be pulling over anyone with a hotrod in site. and if i can keep mine stealth. i'm going to.

I tinted the windows on my ride because of the sun damage that can reap havok on a leather interior as i have. and i keep the thing clean.

right now it's in Hesperia, California waiting to be moved to a shipping yard to go on a ship.

I'm moving to Hawaii in Oct and i'm going to bring the Goat with me .. I'm a car guy. that's just how it's going down.

It's not so much an ugly body style as just a forgettable body style. In fact, thinking about it now, I can't remember what it looks like (see? I forgot!), but you never forget what the Challengers, Camaros or Mustangs look like. I just think GM should've done a better job with the design, especially if they were going to revive a classic line like that. Ford and Dodge did it right with the new Mustangs & Challengers.

Anyway, you should post a pic! Refresh my memory. ;)
