      HAHHA, it is Wire; it's a recording of 12XU, or "12 Times You," which is I guess what the recording is called. The B side is an awful techno mix of the song.

      You're gonna have to write the hosts. Google is of no help at all. They listed Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, and a group called Serious Drinking and some guy named Shihad. But none of them match what you're looking for.
