      hi everybody
      first post here!!!!

days ago I thought about my personal list of best records

(the oblivians "play 9 songs with mr. quintron"
      the infections "kill"
the revelators "we told you not to cross us"
      the new bomb turks "destroy-oh-boy"
      dura-delinquent "s/t")

and I realized they all went out in the '90s...

...so the things are really like that???!!!!
no so great records in the 2000s????

      Am I wrong or not???

I agree more with the King khan &BBQ record and almost all the records of the Black lips... So good so fine..

and personal favorite's of mine are also:
King Automatic - Automatic ray ,
      Demon's claws - satan's little pet pig,
      Fumestones - 5'er than ever,
Jeffrey novak's one man band - southern trash,
      tokyo electron - tokyo electron,
      the reatards - teenage hate
      digital leather - monologue!!!!!!!!
      Cheveu - Cheveu

to mutch to write all the fucking neat bands with great albums.. but these are my hero's

Brimstone Howl's new record We Came In Peace is definitely worth hearing. There's a Cynics-esque Denver local band called The Omens that put out a killer full-length in '05, Destroy The ESP The Omens on Myspace

      Fuck!
I think the 2000s have been great musically speaking:

Anything by livefastdie is fucking great! Bandana Thrash is the full length, but the 7"ers are great, too...and there's a lot of them.
King Khan w/ the Shrines is good (as is King Khan BBQ Show)--What Is!?!? continues to blow my mind.
Deadly Snakes: Ode to Joy and Porcella are both classics
Digger and the Pussycats: Young, Tight, and Alright; Watch yer Back; Let's go to the Hospital--stripped down rock n roll

      I'm sure there's more...the 2000s have been a solid decade for rocknroll!!!!

I agree with Black Lips Let it Bloom. Excellent album, their best in my opinion. Also, anything by The King Khan and BBQ Show. They have two LP's that are good. One more, Midnight World by Black Time. All three bands are or were at one time on In the Red Records. That label puts out a bunch of good shit...
King Khan & BBQ should definitely not have been omitted.

...yes, I agree with you, alla the records you wrote are great, but in my opinion are not "classics"...for example I prefer the collins' production pre-dirtbombs (gories / blacktop / king sound quartet )...ok maybe it's my problem...

Well the Black Lips - Let It Bloom came out in 2005 and Their debut Self Titled ('03). Both killer records. I don't know if you were only interested in records that came out in 2000, but there's been some good stuff: The Reigning Sound's Time Bomb High School ('02) and Too Much Guitar ('04). Coachwhips' Double Death ('06). The Dirtbombs' Ultraglide In Black ('01) & Dangerous Magical Noise ('03). Hipshakes' Shake Their Hips ('07) (or at least I think the 2nd side of the record is great.) There's plenty more I can't think of at the moment...
