      Last week I saw the most bitchen DVD. It's a double feature Lucha Libre disc with two movies -- The Champions of Justice (1970 I think), strarring Blue Demon, Mil Masacaras and several other masked Mexican greats; and Mystery in Bermuda (1977), starring Blue Demon, Mil Mascaras and the immortal SANTO! If you rent but one foreign-language DVD all year, make it this one. There's evil midgets, a mad scientist, Mexican beauty queens, the Bermuda Triangle and a kung-fu Iranian princess!       There's a big Lucha Libre tour coming thru the states , with what looks like nearly all the major stars , in alternate venues . I don't have any further info , except , if you're in Chicago , the February 15 show at The Congress Theatre will rock harder than any Rock'n'Roll show in town ,  that night. Hijo Del Santo (Son of Santo) is headlining , others TBA.

      I'VE SEEN MIL MASCARAS WRESTLE ,SEVERAL TIMES. He's about 70 , now , so , he may have finally retired. They gave him easier tasks , because of his age , but he still had a better build than most of the younger guys.He still looks like a superhero ! He wore one all - leopard print (Which looked real) bodysuit with a leopard print "m" mask. It was so Lux Interior , baby.

      That movie was so good that The Ghastly Ones wrote a song for it: "Los Campiones del Justico" off the incredible "A Haunting We Will Go." Play them at the same time and enjoy!
