      Except when you want to listen to the podcasts in your car, or on the bus, or on a campout... portable mp3 players are all about convenience, baby! Having your entire music collection wherever you go (not to mention all of these great podcasts) comes in mighty handy! ;)

      But (to for those who refuse to get a portable mp3 player - much as I resisted for a long time), to listen on your computer is just fine!!!

      You don't have an iPod or other kind of portable mp3 player? That's obviously the BEST way to listen to them (by subscribing via the RSS feed and having them synced up with your iPod)... then you don't have to spend all that time manually downloading them and burning them onto CDs...

      I burn them to CD tho my bruv has recently given me his old ipod so may have a go at keeping podcasts on that too - once I figure out how the thing works
