      But would a standard zombie waste their time eating a cat?It is my thought there are cat zombies living under the ocean waiting,waiting for the right time.But, I have no proof.

      I don't think there is an innerspecies zombie virus. I guess there could be a cat zombie virus where only cats become zombies, but if human dead started to rise, I don't think cats would be at risk of anything other than just being eaten by a zombie and whatever risks cats already have in the normal zombieless world.
