Any of you interested in the British Public Information Films of the 1960's-80's? They were really camp, yet chilling at the same time. Sometimes they were humourous, other times they were hard hitting, other times both at the same time. These are a real document of British society at its most patronised and patronising, but they capture what Britain really feared at the time. Whether it is stranger danger or being nuked,  That's what made them worthy of parody.

Even Jimmy Savile appeared in a few, but he should have been the subject of one. If he sued for libel, the COI and the contractor could have pleaded justification. I bet Patrick Allen could have narrated and found the subject matter too creepy.
