GRAHAM DAY & THE FOREFATHERS
FRIDAY NOVEMBER 29TH
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Graham-Day-the-Forefathers/574380655917510
The crucial ingredients of The Prisoners, Prime Movers, Solarflares and The Gaolers extracted and squeezed into one stripped down power-trio. Cranking out choice live cuts from four Graham Day-fronted bands, The Forefathers (triple) distil 30-odd years of high quality songwriting, low-fi production and high energy performance to their stripped down garage-rock essence.
Also on the bill!
THE HIGHER STATE

Another Kent sensation...fourth album imminent! We’re talking 100% authentic 60s folk-rock/psychedelic band. Rich in melody and vocal harmonies - pure West Coast! Think Love, The Byrds, The Buffalo Springfield, The 13th Floor Elevators, Jefferson Airplane...
THE AARDVARKS
https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Aardvarks/488271297868697
Inspired by the best in 60s sounds (Mod, garage, pop-art, psychedelia freakbeat), The Aardvarks were formed in the mid-1980s in Ealing, West London, as part of the same scene which eventually reared Kula Shaker. For many years, they were one of the most popular bands on the Mod and 60s Revival circuit, issuing a string of acclaimed 45s on labels such as Screaming Apple and Detour. Now back together for shits and giggles, The Aardvarks’ 12-year lifespan is remembered on their new CD anthology 'Sinker, Line & Hook - The Anthology 1987-99', out now on Cherry Red Records.
+ DJs Phil Istine (Deviation St/Shindig!/The Kumari) and PJ (Dirty Water) spin all the right records in the right order - garage, beat, mod, psych etc.
