  Dunno if this is already old news for everyone, but since I couldn't find an existing topic for it, here goes:
  
  In The Red Records Facebook announcement:
  "This new un-named band recorded a single this week at NY Hed studios. Mick Collins, Bob Bert and Kid Congo Powers. Sounds awesome!!"

  So I hereby declare the contest OPENED! The game is on! Come up with a name for the band, and if this gets going good, I think we'll bring the (best) suggestions to the attention of the elderly gentlemen themselves. Here goes:

  You'd think that a collaboration with these three would warrant at least a 6 or 8 song EP... pressed on 10", please. On fire marbled vinyl.

  Maybe we could meddle and interfere by staging a contest to name the band. Actually , I think "The Great Uncles" is a great name !
