They're Swedish. And great.

The Maggots are good but not 100% sure they are from Sweden...can't go wrong with The Nomads though.
I really like The (International) Noise Conspiracy a lot. The Mainliners are pretty great too. Mando Dio's first couple of albums had a nice garage/punk feel.
Great list! Bäddat för Trubbel is my undisputed favorite of the lot. Going to see them next month here in Helsinki, sharing the bill are for example Impo & the Tents and Die Ersten Menschen (GER)! Wohoo!!

it's done.
finally I decided to take just current and active bands (I hope so). And also I made a german/swedish lesson part between the songs. this is love...

Has anybody mentioned The Movements yet? I've just been sent a 10" E.P. to review for Shindig! Happening online mag - http://www.happening-magazine.com/. Gothenburg's The Movements share the E.P. with French garage band Angry Dead Pirates, and mighty fine it is too. It's available on Pariah Records and more details can be found here - http://www.themovements.com/releases/10-split-with-angry-dead-pirates/
I gotta confess that I've been digging on the Hives' two most recent albums - Black & White Album and Lex Hives.
Smooth and greedy was by far the best band ever from sweden!
Why not check out my band Headons
I received it in the mail yesterday. It's fucking great!

I can't believe how good the new Baddat For Trubbel is. Why is this so fucking hard to find
SIN GALORE are already on this Sampler ...and also on the Hideout. Look em up! Don't know if they are still doing stuff, though. Sinicess (also on the Hideout) did some great tracks to begin with, on hiatus now I think.
