This show is a tribute to Mike Star, owner of Star Records, Star Record Label and organizer of the Star Club, a long time fixture on the Oshawa Ontario scene. Mike unexpectedly passed away last week. This show we'll be playing only records on the Star label or live recordings from the Star Club.

Over the years we bought a TON of records from Mike either at Star Records, or when he was out at the record shows, something he did for many many years. He always had the absolute best selection of new records at the shows!! And he bought a ton of What Wave zines from us over the years, always selling out and asking for more!
