Andrew , how could you not tell 'em , Kiddie -a -Go Go was the inpiration for Chic-A - Go - Go , which was the inspiration for Ghoul - A - Go - Go and Pancake Mountain. Out of all the shows here at Garage Punk dot com I've found that Bom Bom Lulu  on The Rock 'n' Roll Rampage Radio Show delivers the highest quantity of kick arse kid friendly songs.

Also there's a few good kid friendly songs on the Darling Pet Munkee ep (temporarily free to download due to BoingBoing's interest) - songs inspired by the old ads in comic books.

Saw Bob Log III a little over a week ago. I waited months for that show, and it was worth it. I do believe it was my third time seeing him.

The Dickies are always great , live. I EVEN SAW 'EM AT A "DANCE" CLUB , AND THE SOUNDMAN CRANKED EVERYTHING UP IN THE RED , BECAUSE , I GUESS HE WAS THE DJ , THERE , IN HIS SPARE TIME. LEONARD HAD TO ASK HIM TO TURN IT DOWN !

I was in Rough Trade on Sunday and saw that there were newly published versions of Psychocandy and Just Like Honey, with B-sides, TOTP "performances", interviews and live sessions. Does anyone think it's worth buying?

Incidentally, I used to write for an indie fanzine in South London. They even published my fiction too, which I'm proud of.  

I'm still forgetting something.

yeah, it's kinda funny how Paul Revere and the Raiders got away with so much stuff.  But I think DJs were fading Steppin' Out just as he went into that speil and fading another song in so you never heard it on the radio.  Kids had to buy the single to hear it.  As for the Kingsmen,  everybody was trying so hard to decipher those lyrics (anybody think of actually finding a copy of Richard Berry's record?  When you can make out Berry's vocal, you can actually understand Jack Ely as well when you play them back to back), that they let that expletive between verse 1 and 2 slip by. Ha!
